Since the cutting knife often collides and squeezes with the copper plate or silica gel during the bag cutting process, it is easy to cause the cutting knife edge to become dull and defective, which affects the cutting of the woven bag. It is necessary to frequently sharpen the cutting knife edge or directly replace the cutting knife. ; At the same time, the heating temperature of the cutting knife is high, the cutting knife is easy to deform, and an uneven gap is formed between the copper plate, which not only affects the cutting of the woven bag, but also the high temperature of the cutting knife can easily melt the material of the woven bag and cause the bag mouth to stick, affecting the inner Film bagging is not conducive to the subsequent process.
