In order to improve efficiency and save costs, packaging companies urgently need to transform and upgrade to realize the automated production of packaging products. Aiming at the specific situation of the packaging bag production line of the cooperative enterprise, after analyzing the production process and capacity requirements of the enterprise, a large number of experiments and demonstrations were carried out, and the double-station bag delivery method was proposed in the structure.


The control system adopts the Omron CP1H PLC, combined with the knowledge of servo drive technology, stepping drive technology, frequency conversion control technology and modern sensor technology to realize the high-speed automatic production of inner film packaging bags. After the second design upgrade of the production line, its speed and reliability have been significantly improved. Bagging and edging machine The automatic molding machine for inner film packaging bags is an automatic packaging line that integrates detection technology, mechanical design, pneumatic technology, electric drive and real-time control. The entire production line is composed of multiple institutions, each of which is responsible for a process, and each part cooperates to complete the automatic bagging and sewing process of composite packaging bags.
