The bagging machine is also called shrink packaging machine. Its function is to wrap the product with a heat shrinkable film and then heat it to shrink the film and wrap the product. There are many types of bagging machines. The principle is the same. Manufacturers need to choose the appropriate bagging machine model according to the customer's packaging requirements and product-related characteristics. The bagging machine is nothing more than three main mechanisms: 1 heating mechanism; 2 blowing mechanism; 3 conveying mechanism. These parts have interrelated factors. The use and adjustment of the three mechanisms are introduced below:
1. Adjust the temperature of the bagging machine: the set temperature is also relatively high, and the power of the PE bagging machine is generally around 20-40KW. Generally, it is around 180°-220°. Depending on the thickness of the material, the speed of conveying the product, the size of the air flow, and the temperature setting, there are different settings. Products that are not resistant to high temperatures can use low temperatures and use thin shrink films. If the shrink film is thick, the temperature needs to be increased, and the bagging machine power also needs to choose a larger conveying product speed to increase the temperature correspondingly, and vice versa, the air volume increases, the temperature decreases, and vice versa. The power of the POFPVC bagging machine is generally 5-20KW, and the temperature is generally set at about 140-°160°. The adjustment is basically the same as the PE bagging machine.
2. Conveyor belt speed adjustment: The bagging machine conveys for a long time, and most manufacturers use frequency converters and electronic speed regulators to control the speed. If the product is long, the speed must be slow. It is generally adjusted to 20m/min-60m/min. If the product has very high requirements on the shrinkage effect, it is recommended to use a longer bagging machine and use low temperature and slow conveying to meet the shrinkage effect. Choose a model with higher power. The conveying speed needs to be accelerated when the temperature is set high, and vice versa. When the air volume is small, the conveying speed slows down, and vice versa.
3. Adjustment of air flow: control the speed of the motor. However, many bagging machines do not have this function, and the air volume is generally adjusted by frequency conversion. The powerful function is also the adjustment of the wind direction, which effectively blows the hot air to the position where the product needs to be contracted. The air volume also has a great influence on the shrinking effect. The shrinking film is heated instantly when the air volume is too large, and the expansion will easily cause the shrinkage to burst and affect the shrinking effect. . If the air volume is too small, fish scales will appear on the surface if the film does not shrink in a short time. The size of the air volume is also related to the size and angle of the wind wheel. The higher the temperature, the lower the air volume, otherwise the higher, the faster the speed, the higher the air volume, and vice versa.
