The bagging machine is divided into the steps of sucking the bag, feeding the bag, transporting the bag, opening the bag, inserting the bag, holding the bag, bagging, clamping the bag, pulling off, resetting, and sealing. The action analysis is as follows:
(1) Suction bag
The solenoid valve is controlled to make the suction bag cylinder go down, and the solenoid valve of the vacuum pump is opened to suck the bag in the bag bin, and then the cylinder is moved up. There is a reciprocating jitter action during the upward movement to avoid adhesion.
(2) Give the bag
Control the solenoid valve, make the bag-feeding cylinder feed the bag, and make the bag-feeding paddle action to complete the bag-feeding.
(3）Shipping bag
The motor rotates through the belt drive to drive the roller to rotate, and the bag rolls from the bag bin to the bag opening station.
(4）Open the bag
Control the solenoid valve to make the bag opening cylinder go down, and at the same time control the solenoid valve to open the air pipe under the bag opening station and the upper air pipe to draw a vacuum. After the bag is sucked, the cylinder moves upward to open the bag mouth.
(5) Insert
The solenoid valve is controlled to retract the short cylinder and drive the bag holding mechanism to be inserted into the bag mouth.
(6）Support bag
The solenoid valve is controlled to make the bag supporting cylinder support the bag mouth.
(7) Bagging
The solenoid valve is controlled to open the long cylinder and put the bag into the discharge port.
(8）Clip bag
The solenoid valve is controlled to actuate the cylinder, and the bag is clamped on the discharge port by opening the discharge port.
(9) pull away
The solenoid valve is controlled to open the short cylinder, and the bag holding mechanism is pulled out of the discharge port.
(10) Reset
The solenoid valve is controlled to retract the long cylinder; at the same time, the solenoid valve f is controlled to make the bag support cylinder loosen the bag and return to the original position.
(11) Sealing
When the feeding is finished, control the solenoid valve to close the discharge port; at the same time, control the solenoid valve to make the sealing cylinder act, expel the air in the bag, perform heat sealing or print the date. The sealing action also has the effect of reducing dust pollution.
