Design Features
The film blowing machine is mainly composed of extruder, die head, die head, cooling device, foam stabilizer, herringbone plate, traction roller, coiling device and so on.
Extruder
The extruder is mainly composed of a screw, a barrel, a hopper, a reducer and a drive motor; the reducer is driven by a belt, and the reducer drives the screw to rotate in the barrel; the screw adopts a special structure, that is, a certain section of the screw is equipped with a special The mixing device relies on the surrounding plastic to hold the center when working. The direction force of the screw shaft is borne by the 7310 or 7614 bearing installed between the reducer and the screw. The feeding port of the barrel is designed according to the characteristics of the raw material, which is conducive to smooth entry. The screw slot is sent away to ensure conveying capacity and stable extrusion quality.
Nose
The machine head consists of three parts: filter screen, filter plate, and head cover. In order to adapt to the production of plastic materials containing more impurities, this unit adopts a right-angle head structure with a larger filter area, and considers high pressure, low pressure, and mixing. The material and recycled material have a large work force viscosity, the material flow channel design has been reasonably selected, and the drive motor of the extruder is used to extrude the filter plate, so it can be adapted to a separate screen change operation.

Die head
The die head adopts advanced spiral die head structure. According to the particularity of high pressure, low pressure, mixed material, recycled polyethylene material, and comprehensively considered, the main technologies such as helix angle, retreat angle, fixed angle length, die opening degree, etc. are designed. The parameters have been selected and finalized after many comparison tests. It has the advantages of large internal pressure, stable and uniform extrusion, good film strength performance, and the seamless line and the extruder of this unit are well matched. At the same time, it exchanges high and low pressure polyethylene and blends. When blowing film production with the ratio of raw materials and recycled materials, there is no need to replace the die; various die heads can be prepared according to user needs, and the replacement operation can be completed by one person, which is simple, safe, convenient and fast.
Cooling device
It is composed of a cooling air ring, a blower, etc. The cooling air ring is an external cooling adjustable air ring, which can adjust the opening degree of the inlet air port, which is convenient to operate and is beneficial to the control of film thickness and uniformity.
Stabilizer
This unit adopts a stabilizing frame with an adjustable structure of shaping ring and shaping rod, with large adjustment range, convenient operation and adjustment, and stable bubble tube, which creates conditions for the coiling tube to be flat.
Traction auxiliary machine
The traction auxiliary machine is composed of main components such as traction frame, herringbone, traction roller, coiling mechanism and traction motor. The traction motor of this unit adopts electromagnetic slip type motor, which drives two pairs of traction rollers through the deceleration part, and simultaneously drives the coiling machine. The herringbone plate is fixed on the fixed frame under the traction roller. The angle can be adjusted freely according to the blown thickness. The two pairs of traction rollers are composed of rubber rollers and steel rollers, which can effectively prevent the escape of gas and ensure the coil material. Smooth progress, the traction frame adopts an assembled structure, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, which is conducive to transportation and assembly. The coiling device adopts an effective central coiling mechanism with constant tension.
